SLOW COOKING THURSDAY!!!

Welcome to my weekly Crockpot Recipes Exchance. It's such a great way to share your favorite dishes or to learn some new ones to make for your family.
What do you think??? Do You have some great recipes to share, or perhaps you're looking for some delicious ones to give you a reason to pull out the ol' crockpot???
Time to pull out those crockpots and put them to good use. If you want to join in, just grab the banner and add your name to Mr Linky :)

I love Tetrazzini and I usually make Turkey Tetrazzini, but today's recipe calls for Ham instead of Turkey....enjoy!!!

HAM TETRAZZINI

1 can (10-3-4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup cubed fully cooked lean ham
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons white wine or water
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the soup, mushrooms, ham, milk, wine or water and horseradish. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add the spaghetti and cheese to slow cooker; toss to coat.

Yield: 6 servings.

These sound wonderful! I just bought a bunch of mushroom soup on sale and was wondering what to use it for - great idea!

Laura - Can't wait for your recipe :) I'm actually feeling a little better today, no fever so far, that's always a good thing LOL

Beck - :) I've missed you :) You know I also make Fettucine Alfredo using some bacon, onions, some garlic, cook it in a little bit of olive oil and a can of mushroom soup. Then I add some whipping cream or half and half and toss it with the fettucine noodles....quick and easy and the family LOVE it.

Love your blog! A couple of questions?

1. Can you make your RSS feed available?

2. If I want to add my link... do I link my post or my whole blog?

I look forward to being involved.
