{ Cooking Thursday }

BEER BATTER ONION RINGS

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cold beer
3 eggs

Slightly beat the eggs in medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well with electric mixer. Use immediately to batter fish or onion rings for frying.

They look yummy!! We made beer batter onion rings the other day. We also use beer batter to make bite size corn dogs too. They are really good. Just cut up the weiner and dip it in batter and drop and fry!

I am sooo printing this out! I love the idea of the corn dogs somebody else suggested too. A meal of corn dogs and onion rings sounds so yummy. Maybe not healthy, but oh so yummy! :)
