{ CSN Store Review }

Ok don't even try to skip this post, because you'll want to read all about the wonderful CSN stores and what they have to offer, I mean not only do they have over 200 online stores, but they have amazing products.

Now last year I was lucky enough to be asked to review one of their products and a week or so ago, I got the same invitation. YAY!

I told you last week that I would be reviewing the Rachael Ray Cast Iron 5.25 Quart Oval Casserole. Two days after being contacted by the wonderful folks at CSN, I had a knock at the door and the wonderful UPS guy dropped into my arms this box.

My first thought was "man it's heavy", but oh boy, I was not ready to open it up and be amazed with such a beautiful product.

You know me, if you're one of my blog readers you KNOW that I love cooking and anything related to cooking and food is more than appreciated in this household.

But let me tell you what the wonderful CSN store sent me. Here's a little description of the product online:

Prepare your favorite recipes flawlessly in a stovetop and oven friendly casserole dish. It has an oval shape for a better fit on the stove top when using multiple pieces and features a large cooking surface to brown or sear meats with ample room to add additional ingredients. The casserole's lid fits snugly to lock in moisture and flavors, making this pan perfect for making one-dish meals that may be finished on the stovetop or in the oven such as a tender pot roast or savory stew. Large handles let you transfer dinner from stovetop or oven to table with ease. Cast iron construction provides even heating and excellent heat retention. The enamel finish means you don't have to pre-season (or re-season) your cookware.

Not only is this a beautiful cast iron casserole but it is absolutely amazing.

I used it tonight to fix dinner and let me tell you, within an hour I had the moistest, tastiest chicken EVER. I'm beyond shocked at how well it cooked and before you start laughing, I need to tell you that this was my first ever cast iron experience.

I've been wanting one for ever but never got around to picking one up and now I'm thinking I'll be doing most of my cooking in that casserole. UN BE LIEAVABLE!

If you don't yet have one of these babies, I truly truly suggest you invest in one, and at the CSN stores you can get it in pretty colors too, like:

I love this green too.
You know I would never steer you wrong and I wouldn't tell you to go out and buy something if I didn't truly love it or think you would enjoy it. So here it is....I love it, I can't imagine my life without it and if I wasn't able to keep this one, I would have been online begging my hubby to buy it for me.

CSN Stores provided me with this product to review. All opinions are my own.

This dish is gorgeous, and I know how easy it is to work with enameled cast iron. Thanks for the recommendation!

I have been looking at these because they are considerably less expensive than the Le Creuset line. I have quite a bit of the Le Creuset and was hoping you would be doing a comparison. I am wondering if anyone out there knows how they compare?
