Makes the house smell so good! <br /><br />Thinking of your kids with the fingers in the pie mixture makes me laugh. When my brother and cousins were about 4 and 5 years old my Dad and his brothers were left in charge of watching them while the women of the house went out shopping. Well the men started talking and my brother and my cousin decided they wanted the pumpkin pie right now. They got the pie off the table...right in front of my dad and uncles...and they ate the whole filling part of the pie. All 3 of my kids needed...Bummer about the glasses. All 3 of my kids needed glasses at a fairly young age. It can be an expensive venture - but worth it for their vision!<br />I'm not surprised about the decorating. You are always ahead of me! :)<br />Those pies in a jar are the cutest thing ever.
