It's not an easy adjus...Hang in there, Sandra! It's not an easy adjustment. We did this three years ago and sometimes I wish we had stayed. My hubby was also at 22 years. It took him awhile to find a job. My advice is to buy well below or low in your range and make sure he has a job to go to at least actively looking. It took him at least 1 1/2 and I had to go back to work ;( Also make sure your old home is really where you want to plant roots.
