I love Tetrazzini and I usually make Turkey Tetrazzini, but today's recipe calls for Ham instead of Turkey....enjoy!!!
1 can (10-3-4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup cubed fully cooked lean ham
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons white wine or water
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the soup, mushrooms, ham, milk, wine or water and horseradish. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add the spaghetti and cheese to slow cooker; toss to coat.
Yield: 6 servings.

Looks delicious Sandra! I have to go out this morning but will still try to get up a recipe later today.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day! Hope you are feeling well.
Laura
These sound wonderful! I just bought a bunch of mushroom soup on sale and was wondering what to use it for - great idea!
ReplyDeleteLaura - Can't wait for your recipe :) I'm actually feeling a little better today, no fever so far, that's always a good thing LOL
ReplyDeleteBeck - :) I've missed you :) You know I also make Fettucine Alfredo using some bacon, onions, some garlic, cook it in a little bit of olive oil and a can of mushroom soup. Then I add some whipping cream or half and half and toss it with the fettucine noodles....quick and easy and the family LOVE it.
I wish I had that recipe after Christmas when I had a ton of leftover ham! My recipe is up!
ReplyDeletethanks for another great recipe to put in my "to make" pile!
ReplyDeleteI make the turkey all the time...I will have to try this one.....thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteLove your blog! A couple of questions?
ReplyDelete1. Can you make your RSS feed available?
2. If I want to add my link... do I link my post or my whole blog?
I look forward to being involved.
