Boy do we have some amazing recipes being shared, I'm literally drooling over them all.....I just wish I could pick you all and have everyone receive a new cooker, but I can't.
SO, what I'm going to do is this............tomorrow I'll announce the winner of the new Crock-pot Slow Cooker AND I've decided to pick 2 more ladies to receive a new Slow Cooker Cookbook. I don't know which one yet, we'll see tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteI would like to post a slow cooker recipe. I have such a dinky crock pot and I am forced to buy tiny roasts just to fit. Wow - I could win a dream new crock pot! :0)
Here's my recipe:
Easy Beef Vegetable Soup
1 pound ground beef or turkey, cooked and drained
2 cans diced tomatos
1 can vegall
1 can extra crisp summer corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 envelope of Knorr Vegetable Soup mix
1 cup of water
Ketchup to taste
Add all ingredients together and simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Not much go it, but it is very easy and very good! My blog is mrsaudvm.blogspot.com
