Chocolate Fudge Cake
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
1 cup "real" mayonnaise
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured bake pan and cover. Bake in a covered slow cooker on high for 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

This is tomorrow night's dessert. It looks wonderful and my family adores chocolate. I love baking in my slow cooker because every thing stays moist and I don't have to baby-sit it.
