All of your recipes look soooo good. I can't wait to try some of the fish dishes. We usually grill or bake our fish but your recipes are inspiring me to do more. I haven't yet tried the Portugese Cookie cake but definitely will let you know when I do and will take a picture! I plan to post my recipe for Seafood Bisque which I always make at Christmas time. I'm curious to know if you make something similar.
