Breakfast is served!

Good Morning everyone, come on in and have some breakfast with me.

I made some more Homemade Butter yesterday and had a cup of buttermilk left, so I used it to whip up a batch of wonderful fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes. So good!

You'll never used the boxed pancake mixes again.

But for those that are in the mood for something else, I also made a batch of Cream Scones slathered with fresh whipped cream and strawberry jam. Delicious!

So help yourselves, there's coffee and tea as well.

  2. I have made butter before, but how do you do it? I've always done it just in a jar. Do you find it more cost effective than buying butter, or do you just like it better? I like to make things from scratch instead of buying them, but since my time is limited I try to do the things that either save me money or bring me immense joy (like baking bread, which does both). But it seems like buying cream would be about the same price as buying butter. The scones look delish, btw!
