Welcome back to my Happy Homemaker Monday, I apologize for not getting a chance to visit youa ll last week, but I'll be doing that here shortly, and then later today will visit today's links :)
I had a pretty good weekend but could have done with one more day of weekend before this new week starts. You all understand right?
I have a busy week ahead, working on finishing off the school year with Nick, tomorrow I have my mammogram appointment (prayers would be appreciated as I get super nervous), Wednesday is Nick's birthday, and this weekend I'll be super busy as well.
Breakfast time....what is on the plate this morning::::
Nothing to eat yet. Usually I don't have coffee for 3 days before my mammogram, but last time I went they told me that was not necessary to do. I did try again this time, but the very first day I got such horrible headaches from the caffeine withdrawal that I just gave up. I only have a cup of coffee for breakfast anyway, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue, but I will be abstaining tomorrow morning from it.
On this week's to do list::::
Monday -
Laundry:::: One load to finish, fold and put away

Bible Verse, Devotional::::
You all know how much I've struggled with worry, think it's something I've dealt with my whole life. The past few months I've gotten a bit better at it, but there's still days that I can't help but feel that anxiety or the worry creeping up.
With my mammogram coming up tomorrow, I'm feeling it today, and it's so frustrating to me because I want to let it all go and just trust in God that everything will be fine, one way or the other.
If you could throw some prayers my way for everything to go well with the mammogram, I would so appreciate it.
Sending prayers for your mammogram results. I have homemade pizza on my menu too. Not sure if I will get it made, as I'm hoping for leftovers this week.
ReplyDeleteHow is Krypton? We've been wanting to see it, but haven't yet found the time. I LOVE your inspiration this week. Prayers for your mammogram that all goes smooth. Mine s next week and I know what you mean about getting nervous! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Nick - have a GREAT week.
ReplyDeleteWill be sending positive thoughts for your mammography. I'm thinking of planting some herbs too.
ReplyDeletePraying for you, friend! Have a beautiful week!
ReplyDeleteWonderful quote for the week. Hope your son has a great birthday and you have peaceful week.
ReplyDeleteHi Sandra! I feel your pain as my mammo lead to the biopsy I recently had to undergo - which by the grace of God was fine and benign. Just remember how He holds you in the palm of his hand. Actually as I was getting the biopsy done I thought of Him being there right next to me holding my hand. You know He always is right there with you in anything you go through - but I think he squeezes our hands the tightest when we're anxious if we choose to feel Him there. ;)
ReplyDeleteSending biggest prayers and positive thoughts for all to go well and your appointment to go quickly. Keep us posted. Blessings on your week Hon xoxo
I hope the mammogram goes well.
ReplyDeleteWould love to know your favourite food cooked in the Airfryer as I have one but so far have only done chips (fries)and sausages.
Praying for you during your mammogram! Also looking forward to your post on the air fryer! Picking curriculum is one of my favorite things about homeschooling my kiddos, I always enjoy that! Sounds like you're supposed to have a beautiful weather week!!!
ReplyDeleteAm praying over you here, Sandra! And love the herb pic! Have a blessed week ahead! <3
