I was scrolling through my blog, looking for a specific photo, and I came across this post that I did back in 2012.  I am so glad I found it, because I've lost some of these books and wanted to download them again, to my Kindle.

    I love books about homemaking and budgeting by housewives. I just bought some books from Thriftbooks that are all about old timey ways of homemaking and cooking.
