A very late Slow Cooking Thursday!

Oh boy what a DAY...no really.....WHAT.A.DAY!

I had no internet until now and hence no way to put this up, teaches me to leave it until the last minute. It's just been one weird thing after another.

Anyway, I have no recipe to share today but please feel free to post yours. I apologize about the inconvenience and hopefully it won't happen again.
