Last week I was contacted by Adrian from Wiglington and Wenks, asking me if I would like to review their website and do a giveaway for my viewers.
After taking a peek at the Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World website, I immediately told Adrian I would love to review it and do the giveaway.....why? Because it's an online game for the kids but it's not like the others you see around the web.
The Travels of Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World is an exciting massive online virtual world for kids where players can travel to places around the world, through time and space, meet famous historical people, play fun enriching games, make new friends own exotic islands, build culture-inspired houses, wear all kinds of cool clothing and costumes, explore secret locations, solve ancient mysteries and become a legendary traveler. You can follow this link to view a video presentation

In this game the children are learning as they play, the goal of the game is to find the lost Historical figures and help them regain their memories, by finding different items associated with them.
I signed up for free and so did my two kiddos who are 7 and 11 years old.
We spent 4 hours on Friday night playing together and having an absolutely blast. It was so much fun traveling to all these places together, we went to Australia, Madagascar, Brazil, United States, United Kingdom and Singapore.
You have the option to make it where your children are not allowed to chat with anyone at all, or you can do safe chat. So I like that you can control the amount of interaction they can have with other players online, which to me is key with the craziness that we see going on around the internet.
There are fun emotes like laughing or sitting and there's also water balloon throwing, which was a blast LOL The kids enjoyed plowing me with water balloons, here's my character getting one right in the face.
I think one of the things I most like about this game is the interactive ability to learn as they have fun. Pretty much every object that you click on will bring up a window with some fun fact or information.
It's been an absolutely pleasure to review this website, I can see my kids and I having a lot of fun on here and it's great because we get to play together too while doing something educational.
BIG thumbs up to Wiglington and Wenks.
