Woke up feeling as if I could sleep at least another 2 or 3 hours, it's been a very busy weekend and I didn't get any time to sit down and relax, but never mind that, it's full steam ahead with the last week of September. Can you believe that???
Before we know it Thanksgiving will be upon us and then Christmas and we're heading into 2019. Somebody make it slow down hahah
Anyway, let's see what's happening in our households this week!!!!
The weather in my neck of the woods::::
We have had pretty bad weather the past week, culminating in that insane storm that blew in and almost killed my husband.
Woke up today to fog and dark cloudy skies, but it is supposed to open up later and have a high of 82.
The rest of the week looks some rain on Wednesday but pretty dry, though here in Texas, it could mean one thing and then we get another completely different.
Breakfast time....what is on the plate this morning::::
All I've had so far is a cup of coffee with some Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Creamer, which is divine. I will probably have oatmeal for breakfast, with this cloudy foggy day it will go down really well.
On today's to do list::::
- Laundry - Some ironing, and I think Nick has laundry to do as well.
- Kitchen - Empty the dishwasher. Load dishwasher. Wipe down counters, clean up from last night's family dinner.
- Living Rooms - Vacuum and tidy up. I have my dining table still up from last night's dinner so need to remove the extending leaf, give it a good wipe down and put things back in order.

Tuesday - Oklahoma Fried Burgers, Onion Rings

Thursday - Spaghetti and Meatballs, Garlic Bread
Friday - One Pot Chicken and Rice Casserole, Salad
Saturday - Cheesy Garlic Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza
Sunday - Curried Butternut Squash Soup, Sandwiches, Dessert
If I have a few minutes to myself, I will::::
Continue working on Part 2 of the Ubuntu CAL. I've done one of the diamonds, and have started on the second but need to do all 6, so hopefully I'll have some time today for crocheting.

New recipe I tried, or want to try this week::::
I have 3 recipes to put up on the food blog today, but no new recipes this week as I'm going back to all time family favorites on the menu. I do have a new cookbook to review and will work on some of those recipes to share with you all.
EDIT: The recipes are now up on the food blog. Pork Chops in Mustard Sauce, Pressure Cooker Twice Baked Potatoes, Beef Casserole
Favorite photo from the camera::::
Loving on my baby boy.
Bible Verse, Devotional, Prayers::::
I have so many people on my prayer list this week, a lot from our church. But I would like you to please lift a family up in prayer, they have 5 children, but lost their 5 year old girl last week or the week before, after she drowned in the pool. If that wasn't heartbreaking enough, their 2 year old girl has just been diagnosed with a brain tumor. Please lift them up in prayer, if you can.
Good morning, dear Sandra!
