CROCKPOT GARLIC BEEF
I haven't tried this one yet but anything with garlic is a winner with me, so I'm sure it will be great.

5 to 6 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into small chunks
1/4 cup mustard
1 cup water
8 -10 garlic cloves, sliced
Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CACCIATORE
INGREDIENTS
* 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
* 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
* 2 green bell pepper, seeded and cubed
* 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
* 1 onion, finely diced
* 2 tablespoons minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
1. Put the chicken in the slow cooker. Top with the spaghetti sauce, green bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
2. Cover, and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.

Thanks so much for your kind words and encouragement!! I thought I replied to your note left under my recipe only to find out that I posted a comment under my own post...lol!! I'll get this blogging thing down yet! I'm trying to figure out how to post pictures of the icons used with the posts I enjoy (the crockpot for your blog, WFMW picture, etc). I'm a slow but determined learner so watch out cause I'm not sure where I'll show up next!!
