{ Happy Homemaker Monday - 12/17/2018 }

Good morning everyone, I'm sorry this post is going up a little later than usual.  I just walked in the door after taking hubby and daughter to work.

It's been a rush of a morning for me, I almost feel like I didn't even have a chance to catch my breath until now.  But I'm here, I'm ready to get going with my day and try to get as much done as I can.

Hope you've all had a wonderful weekend and I wish you all a blessed week ahead.

The weather outside is::::
35 at the moment.  It was quite nice this weekend with sun and low 60's.  Looks like we will be staying in the 60's this week and leading up to Christmas, then we'll be looking at some rain that week.

On the breakfast plate this morning::::
I'm having a cup of coffee with White Chocolate Raspberry Creamer and I also just had some toast.

As I look outside my window:::
We have partly cloudy skies but the sun is shining through.  It's quiet outside but for the birds and the alpacas across the street.  I do love country life.

Right now I am::::
On the couch with my feet propped up, working on this post.  I am sporting my comfy warm pajama pants and a long sleeved black top.  I guess I'm going for the half dressed, half pajama look today? .

As I look around the house::::
The Christmas tree lights are on, I actually need to turn them off here shortly.  I have to vacuum and tidy up a bit from this weekend, but thankfully I keep my house clean and tidy throughout the day so I am never faced with a disaster to clean up.  It's easier now that the kids are older and tend to contain their messes to their bedrooms.

On today's to do list::::
Laundry::::
The laundry has all been washed, and is hanging in my laundry room, but I need to move it to the closets.  Other than that, no laundry to worry about.
Cleaning::::
In the kitchen....Usual dishwasher loading and unloading.  Wipe down counters and fridge.
In the living room....Vacuum.
In the bedrooms....make the beds, pick up and tidy up.
In the office....Vacuum
In the bathrooms....Sinks wipe down, toilet, sweep floors.
Homeschooling....We will be on Winter break in just a few days so we will be getting as much finished off as we can.  I don't want to have to worry about any schooling while we're on break.
Crocheting::::
I've been trying to finish off the WIPs I have laying around.
Cooking.....
Not sure what I'll have for lunch, my stomach is a bit off this morning so I'll see what I feel like.  Dinner will be Chicken a la King with some Spaghetti noodles.

Currently reading::::
Actually nothing at the moment, I'm waiting for the new review books to come in.

On the TV this week::::
Still watching Home Fires.
Some Vlogmas over on Youtube
Death and Nightingales (new BBC period drama)
