{ Happy Homemaker Monday - 10/14/2024 }

Good morning dear friends, welcome back to my blog.

I hope you've had a wonderful weekend, and are enjoying or at least looking forward to having the day off today, for Columbus Day.

Hubby and I are headed to the gym here in about half an hour, so I don't have much time, and I want to get this up for you all before I leave.  So, without further ado, let's get on with our Happy Homemaker Monday!

Have a blessed week friends!

*** The weather in my neck of the woods***

Trying to finish my Nordic Winter Afghan before the cold weather sets in.

*** No words needed (favorite photo or picture) ***
I love a sunrise or sunset photo.  Just love them ♥

*** Devotional, Prayers, Bible Verses ***
Praying for our country, for all the craziness to just subside and for calmness and peace to return, that we may go back to a semi normal way of life.  The news are so negative and constant and seem never ending, from political turmoil to natural disasters, it's just overwhelming at the moment.

Hope it cools down for you soon. We went from high 90's on Saturday to low 40's this morning so there is hope. I also love sunrise and sunset photos. Hope you have a wonderful week!

I so agree with your prayers. I'm so ready for a season of peace. I have been praying specifically for that lately. Your menu sounds amazing... I think I need to add squash casserole into mine, its one of my favorite dishes! Have a great week!
