Halo is an award winning company for their design and safety. Halo is even present in hospitals these days as newborn and NICU nurseries are trying to demonstrate the safest way for your baby to sleep and ways to prevent SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.) Who wouldn’t want to buy something with a name that is trusted among parents, establishments and foundations?
Halo offers several products along with their SleepSacks, including Layettes, crib sheets, and wearable blankets. If you’re an extra cautious parent children can wear their Big Kid Wearable Blanket which features foot holes and runs up to size 4/5T.
I was contacted by the wonderful folks at HALO and asked if I would be interested in reviewing one of their Newborn Swaddles. Seeing as I do not have an infant of my own to try it on, I passed it along to a friend of mine who does and she absolutely loved it.
Just like me, when I had my kiddos, it was sometimes hard to get them swaddled and wrapped burrito style and I often found that I either didn't wrap it right and it would all come apart real quick or I was scared that I may be wrapping them a bit too tight. It was a no win situation for me.
Having watched the baby wearing the Swaddle, I can tell you that it works wonderfully.
It features soft fabric fasteners so it's not uncomfortable for the baby, and the best part???
You can adjust to have the arms in or out of the blanket and you can also remove the swaddle and use the Sleepsack as a wearable blanket alone.
Not only is the material flame retardant, but it is also machine washable AND dryable. I only wish I had these back when my kiddos were babies.
Halo’s products run around $25 on average and the materials look long lasting enough to use for several babies. I also see them a lot on my mommy buy/sell used forums for sale and being requested. Buy yours new here: https://www.halosleep.com/

My friend and I loved this SO much that I made sure to go out and get another one to giveaway, because I think that one of my readers can benefit from it.
I got the Newborn size from 6 to 12 pounds, and the print is the same as the picture above with the little polka dots. It's adorable. So if you have a newborn or know someone who is going to have a baby soon, this would make a great gift too.
