Keep in mind that I am using my canon clunky camera and I also don't have a professional video editor. If I was a vlogger I may see the need to invest in those items, but really not at the moment and for what it is, I think this is good enough :)
Below the video, I am including my menu plan for the next two weeks. I spent $240, my budget is usually $250 for two weeks, so I managed to stay $10 under budget which is pretty good, considering everything at the commissary today seemed to have gone up in price. I've always noticed that the commissary does this, randomly I'll go in and they have hiked the prices, so I just never really know what I'm going to find, but it still is much cheaper than shopping elsewhere, at least for me.

I do hope you all enjoyed the Grocery Haul and please do let me know if it's something you would like to continue seeing.
I am going to now relax a bit and work a little more on my Mandala Madness crochet, as well as watch Mercy Street, which by the way if you haven't yet done so, you should, it's a wonderful series.
Have a wonderful Saturday :)

Funny you should make that comment about the commissary raising prices. I ran in today while Vic was getting a haircut and noticed that the body wash I buy which was $6.49 today and it was $4.99 on January 12. I think that was a special price on the 12th so it was probably usually $5.49 (50 cents off) or even $5.99 ($1 off) - either one was better than $6.49! I'm a brand shopper on just a few items so it pays to snap a quick photo so I can track the prices and see when there's a special price.
Looks like some yummy food is going to be coming out of your kitchen in the next two weeks!
Loved the video!!! I try and shop every 2 weeks as well, but usually end up going every week for my produce!!! Thanks for sharing!!
loved the video Sandra..keep those comings..gives me ideas also on recipes also...
Wonderful grocery haul, and the video was perfect....great job.....I shop every three weeks, I menu plan as well, go through pantry, freezer and plan from what I gave then what I need....about a week and half into it I restock fresh fruit and produce...I shop Aldis and usually a local market for name brand items....for hubby and I oh boy are you ready? I usually spend $150-$165 every three weeks...I stick to a tight budget and allow for a bit extra for fresh produce....Aldis really truly is a money saver....if you have one you should really give it a try you'll be amazed at the price difference and honestly hubby prefers their cereals and a few other items over any name brand....llblessings

I enjoyed the video. It's easier for me to watch/listen then read most of the time.
