If there is one thing I love is food, which is probably why maintaining my weight loss and continuing to workout a year later, is becoming increasingly difficult. I have to be extra strict with myself. But, Fall season means comfort food and comfort food means stews and soups, and delicious tummy warming meals.
You can still keep them healthy or indulge once in a while, and honestly if there is one thing I've learned over this past year, is that anything can be healthy if you just make a few substitutions, mainly in the Carb department, which is what I do. So, with that said, here are some yummy recipes I plan on making in the next few weeks.

Crockpot season is my favorite season lol... those look delicious! The mac and cheese may be a good way for me to encourage my family to eat more broccoli! LOL!
