I got this idea from another blog and I thought it would be perfect for today since I have nothing to say LOL
Outside my Window... the hummingbirds circling the backyard and playing in the sprinkler
I am thinking...about the fact that my passport is STILL not here and I travel in two weeks (prayers please)
I am thankful for...not feeling as sick as before
From the kitchen... portuguese beans
I am going...to give the kids a bath and settle in for the night
I am reading...The Other Boleyn Girl by Phillippa Gregory
I am hoping...that this awful virus will leave us once and for all!
I am hearing...the kids playing in the bedroom
Around the house...the dishwasher is running
One of my favorite things...warm bread with butter!
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...packing for the trip, last minute shopping, grocery shopping
A picture thought to share for the day...

This is a nice little peak into your household. Glad you are feeling a little better!
How do you always get the bug?? I so hope it leaves you soon... Nice little thoughts today. I am having a dry spell... LOL
The passport thing is crazy! when Amanda was leaving for Canada hers came like two days before the trip. We ended up calling the main office to find out where it was to make sure it would be here in time. I pray yours arrives soon so you can relax!
I borrowed this to do today too!
C'mon passport!! Yikes Sandra -we'll pray it in!
I kept trying to take out "The other Boleyn Girl" from the library, but it was always checked out! I've read great reviews on it. Are you enjoying it?
Have a great night!
-Andrea
I hope your passport gets there soon & that you feel better too. You must be so excited about the trip!
Thank you for sharing this! I borrowed this idea as well. How are you liking The Other Boleyn Girl? It's on my list to pick up in the next few weeks.
I am so excited for you. I can't wait to see the pictures of South Africa. I will pray the passport arrives in time and I am sure it will.
Is your book good? I want to see the movie. Right now I'm loving anything about the Royal families. Hope today is a good cone for you. I cannot believe you dont have the passport back yet.
I think you mentioned before about checking on your passport. Can you check again and see where it stands on being processed??
I love your "Day"!
When my girls were young, I used to bake bread and they would always want a piece after it cooled enough to cut but was still warm. I'd put butter and brown sugar on it. They called it "newborn bread." Nice memory.
Sandra, thank for letting us see a little of your home.
No passports yet?! Praying about that for you! Gov't departments really do like to make a person sweat, don't they?
I'm glad you're all starting to feel better. I can't believe that trip is only 2 weeks away. You all need to be healthy for the wonderful time you'll have.
Hi Sandra. I hope that your passports come quickly...and what a wonderful list...:)
What a great idea! Sorry your passport hasn't come yet, I will pray!
Hugs and love.
This post is so creative and unique...all about the senses....
I will say a prayer for your passport to arrive....
I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better...
Sending good wishes your way for continued good health!
Regards,
Lavinia.
p.s....I love that photo and its just what I needed to see tonight...it is cold and rainy here, and this scene of tropical blue is a balm for my weary eyes..
it will come..
praying for you all..
