APPLE GRANOLA DESSERT
4 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
2 cups granola cereal with fruit and nuts
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream topping, optional
In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine apples and cereal. In a bowl, combine honey, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour over apple mixture and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with ice cream or whipped topping if desired.
Yield: 4-6 servings

This looks yummy! Your house looks so nice and clean and clutter free! That is one perk to moving, you get rid of stuff that usually sits around. I would actually love to do this!

My apple crunch cobbler is very similar to the recipe you posted. The granola cereal makes a delicious toppping.

Being disabled, I need lots of inspiration with crocking. I know it will make my life easier not having to try to stand at the stove and cook, but still having a hot dinner ready for Papa and Hubby when they get home from work, and my stepdaughters when they are here.
