CROCKPOT GARLIC BEEF
I haven't tried this one yet but anything with garlic is a winner with me, so I'm sure it will be great.

5 to 6 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into small chunks
1/4 cup mustard
1 cup water
8 -10 garlic cloves, sliced

Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours.

That chicken looks yummy! I cook with chicken a lot and am always looking for new ways to fix it.

I see you found Ejay too. I've missed her blog and am glad she's back.

Thanks so much for your kind words and encouragement!! I thought I replied to your note left under my recipe only to find out that I posted a comment under my own post...lol!! I'll get this blogging thing down yet! I'm trying to figure out how to post pictures of the icons used with the posts I enjoy (the crockpot for your blog, WFMW picture, etc). I'm a slow but determined learner so watch out cause I'm not sure where I'll show up next!!

Both of those recipes sound really good! I think the garlic beef would turn out really tender and delicious.

Have a great week!
