Day 28

Well, I'm still here, still plodding through, though kind of slow as I have been spending time with my kiddos and staying away from the interwebs.

The time is flying, which I'm thankful for and we are now about 3 weeks away from having my husband back, I can't tell you how much I am looking forward to that and how much the kids are excited.  I think they're about done at this point, they just don't want to do this anymore, they tell me everyday how they miss daddy and how this sucks, and how they are just tired of it and want him home already.

It's tough because I know exactly how they feel and there's really nothing I can say or do to make it better, so I'm just spending loads of time with them, distracting them, having fun and just keeping their minds on other things.

Of course this means that I haven't been able to come by and say hi to everyone, but I'm hoping to do that tomorrow, I miss visiting you all and seeing what everyone is up to :)

It has to be hard not having your husband around. I hope the 3 weeks pass quickly. I don't know how military wives do it.

Praying this last three weeks will fly by. You're making the right choices Sandra. You're a great mom!

You're over halfway there. Hang tough, Sandra!

How on earth do you get your aloe to grow so well? Mine is 2 years old and basically flops over the side of the pot. It's sad, really. I can grow anything outdoors, but houseplants? I kill them.

I know it has to be so hard to not have your hubby home. I'm such a whimp about that. I draw strength from him as I know you do also from your hubby! Hang in there!
